All in-stock products are carefully packaged and leave Accu-Brand within 48 hours of placing the order. Shipping times vary but typically take 3-5 business days.

What's your refund policy?

Refunds and exchanges will be granted 10 days from receipt of merchandise. No returns or exchanges on personalized merchandise.

Wholesale order returns require authorization and are subject to restocking fees. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 5 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be credited to you in the same method your purchase was made.
